Trailer was not ready at pick up time. The blinds for bedroom area were laying on the clean mattress. We had to wait in 109 degree heat for Casey to install blinds. After blinds were installed by Casey his tennis shoe footprints were all over the mattress. One of the blinds was installed off center so it did not cover the window. Bathroom vent had no crank handle to open it and the screen was missing. To get the heater to work we had to run the generator all night because the battery would not charge. Found the positive cable of the battery loose and corroded. These people are arrogate and talk to you in a condescending way. Johnny was late and did not wear a mask. We are seniors and we both had mask on. If you ask Johnny a question his standard answer was \didn't you watch the video\ or \didn't you read the rental agreement\. But hey Johnny why did you have to ask my name when you finally got there. Didn't you read the reservation. You should know the name of the person who is picking up the trailer. Why did you keep asking where we were going, didn't you read the reservation it was on there. So all in all not worth the s We spent on the weekend. Lots of fees beyond the initial rent and pressure to sign more insurance in case damage was done, yet there was damage already not repaired. I would not recommend.

This was our first time using this company and a toy hauler. It was a fun experience and all of the add ins like dishes linens firewood made it quick and easy for us! There were a few items that need attention in the trailer but overall it was well maintained.
We had another great trip with this little trailer. Great little rental place highly recommended.
Our family had a great weekend thanks to RV Phoenix, the trailer was in good shape, new and up to date, all the equipment was new and worked perfectly. they have a North Phoenix pickup and drop off for a small fee which made it so easy to grab it and hit the road north. the staff is very friendly and easy to talk to and ask questions. I'll definitely be using them again for my next trip.
