If I could give this company zero stars I would. Dave Moline is a \silent\ owner because of his ROC standing at his previous company Moline Construction. He is a crooked business man trying to cover his tracks. Many subcontractors have lost THOUSANDS of dollars due to HIS business practices. Owners are left with projects not completed. Law suites follow him everywhere he goes. Avoid working as a sub or owner with any company Dave Moline is associated with. Shame on you Mr. Moline.
