I am new to Arizona. We have movers bringing our goods from Florida and needed special help with getting them in to our unit. Krystal was so helpful and kind. I had tried two other storage units and was so disappointed. They were so rude and not willing to help me at all. If I could, I would give Krystal 10 stars. Thank you.
Mesa secure storage is one of the best in the valley. I have a 1010 at a great price AND the ceilings in there are over 12 ft tall!!! Plus the employees are proffesional and understanding. Great service. Oh. And they rent out uhals and packing supplies.. !! :)
If you need a place to use for storage, these are the guys to go to. A family owned storage lot run by people that treat you right. I was going to use a big-name storage company right next to my house, but they were extremely rude and dismissive of me. Mesa Secure Storage, on the other hand, went above and beyond my expectations with the deal they offered me to store some things while me and my wife were waiting for our house to be built. These guys are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to ensure you receive the highest level of customer service. 10/10 if you need to store anything, I cannot stress enough how AWESOME this place is!
