So, if you know the Frost family you know everyone there is good. We like it because it's so family-oriented and working with them doesn't feel so cold. So we usually use them when we have issues with our rental properties. I want to point out that we love working with Cary and Denise, who both run the office admin. Whenever we have questions about anything they are good at getting back to us. The communication is fantastic. They guys who come out and do the work are good too of course. We trust them enough to be able to go in and get everything fixed and taken care of even when we are out of the state. They're great.

We actually had someone come out and start doing the work on our house prior to calling these guys. They really tore our house apart and left a huge mess and the technicians were using all kinds of vulgar language while our kids were around. My husband was not happy at all. When we talked with our insurance agent about some of our issues she suggested that we call SERVPRO in Mesa. It was a night and day difference. I like the fact that they are more like a family run business because I felt more comfortable with them around our kids. They were a lot more professional and were just fantastic. My oldest son made a comment about how much different they were than the other company who had come before. They are really good people. I wish I had called them first.

We decided to use servpro of north central mesa for our reconstruction because we really liked how Alex, Levi, and Adam handled the water extraction and dry out. They were great. Adam (recon Adam) was also fantastic. They were able to find the flooring we wanted and the paint and drywall work looked fantastic. I would definitely use them again.

OK, I don't like to leave reviews. Probably because I am too lazy. But these guys were great. We had a mold issue we had ignored for probably way too long. They came out to take care of it very quickly. Adam B (they have 2 Adams... both very good) handled the reconstruction. I will admit that I was kinda a pain to deal with. He was very patient with me. It's one of the reasons I actually took time to leave this review. I really appreciated him. What can I say? They were great.
