I hired Shack Shine to clean my windows and screens and they did a fabulous job. The team that came out was very respectful of my property and they were very courteous young men. My daughter gets me a gift for my birthday and gets me a window clean from this company. Says “there the best”. They come to my residence on time and were really polite! I talk to them, and told them “I’ll be back in a few hours, do I need to stay?” They said “you already paid you’re all set”. I leave and come home to find 3-4 of my windows upstairs scratched. I call them to see what happened and they told me “we had nothing to do with that, those were already there”. This a brand new house with new windows just installed a couple weeks prior to them showing up.
