Hope to update this review in the end, but to date the communication and timeliness has been awful. We are using Shasta for the second time in five years. They are certainly not the cheapest, but the first experience was terrific. Communication through the whole process was over the top, quality of pool and equipment was top notch and they stayed pretty much on schedule. So, we signed the paperwork and put a down payment in August for a new pool. They said that it should be finished in November. We get an \update\ call every few weeks with caller just saying that there is no update and we are not scheduled yet. Last week, had supervisor out for final inspection before dig was to start. He said that it would start this week and be done by the end of May (6 months late from original date given). Well it is Friday and nothing. Got a call yesterday saying we \are on the list\ to start dig, but no date scheduled yet. Thoroughly disgusted and at this point would never recommend or do business with again. Again, I hope they can turn this experience around, but based on the last 6 months, I am extremely doubtful.

FROM START TO FINISH SHASTA WAS TOP NOTCH. THEY MADE EVERYTHING SO EASY AND WAS IN CONSTANT CONTACT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND SHASTA TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A POOL. MINE TURNED OUT JUST THE WAY I WANTED. THANK YOU SHASTA AND TO ALL THE TEAM YOU GUYS AND GALS ROCK!!
I am not giving five stars as our pool took much longer to install than we had originally been promised, was completed January 2021 when we had been told it would be completed in October 2020. However, knowing the challenges that came with covid we weren’t completely upset and for the most part the experience was pretty good. We are happy with our new pool.
They were great. we got a bad rep in the beginning of construction that never answered us, Jessica. We were about to go to management because of the lack of communication. There were several times I was on my phone it ring once, and immediately go to voicemail and when I would call her back that minute she was out of the office. I don’t know what happened there. Then Lindsay called and said she was taking over. Thank goodness for that!!!! Lindsay was such a pleasure to work with. She responded fast, answered all of our questions and was wonderful. We have a great sales rep, Brandon. He knew a lot and was not pushy. He respected our budget and found us some great deals which meant we could do a few upgrades like adding a water feature. Very happy with Shasta. I think they are perfect for people that want to put in a pool on a budget but also want some nice add ons without breaking the bank. Would definitely recommend!
We just had a pool built by Shasta, I want to thank James Arrowood he truly built our dream pool. The pop up system is amazing, and a must have. We live in an area where we get terrible dust storms, we had at least an inch of dirt in our pool with in hours of them installing the pop up heads (storm happened right after startup) the majority of it was gone. We love our pool and truly chose the right company, thank you James and thank you Shasta.
