Great place! Friendly folks... not sure I can do an enclosed MRI again, it was a smaller tube than normal and I’m a big guy. I managed to get through but it was hard and I’ve had many MRI’s! They do have two, so if needed ask for the larger tube! My mistake. Besides that, perfect, from getting the appointment, checking in and the technicians that did the MRI, all great! And I know I’ll be going back, but maybe to a location that has larger or open machines for the MRI!

Despite signs posted in the waiting area regarding social distancing, they apparently don't care about practicing it. In the waiting room, all of the chairs are just ONE to TWO feet apart from each other! I am shocked at the lack of care to protect patients at a time like this!!

**UNNECESSARY MAMMOGRAM** & AN unbelievably rude receptionist. Who knew a check in process for an ultrasound could be so hard. I was told immediately upon check in I would need a mammogram done before my breast ultrasound and given paper work to fill out for said mammogram. Confused, I asked another receptionist who exactly is requiring I get a mammogram? My doctor? No, the radiologist. When? Who knows.. They would need to get those orders from my doctor. So it depends when they hear back. And I may have to reschedule my ultrasound. Another receptionist could clearly see my frustration and had to interject as the rude receptionist had no answers to my questions. I told them no, I want to get the test ordered by my doctor and was given attitude by the receptionist asking if I was refusing the mammogram.. YES!! I'm not here for that! I'm here. for an ultrasound! The professionalism from the medical staff was great. And the dr explained their was no need for someone who is my age (30) to get a mammogram and it could actually cause damage to my breast tissue unnecessarily! With the amount of eye rolls & attitude from the unkempt and very rude young receptionist, I find it hard to believe any professional establishment would employ her. She clearly does not know her position. From reading previous reviews, this is NOT the first time this has happened. Hopefully others are not conned into an unnecessary mammogram.

Front receptionists were very courteous, sat for no more than 8 minutes when Julie called me back. She was very personable and professional. She courteously explained what she was doing. The exam did not take long and I did not feel rushed out the door.

Update: with a preset appointment again... we are still in the waiting room an hour after the appointment. Watching people coming in after us go in and leave. Which makes me want to delete my previous review all together, especially since it totally contradicts what I said. Not happy campers! Oh yes, and I uploaded a picture of an empty waiting room for this pathetic hour long wait after the appointment time came and went. Yep still waiting. Original: Typical medical testing facility. You come to these if you are smart with appointments scheduled, doing so ensures quick friendly service. The facility was well maintained, clean and spacious waiting area with plenty of seating. The staff was helpful and kind. Overall a pleasant visit. Now the wife may have a different perspective with the whole smashing sensation that the ladies have to deal with for the particular imaging we were there for, but, that is a totally different subject
