Highly efficient and customer-centric environment. The staff exhibited friendliness and professionalism. They were very aware of the need to be Covid-19 cautious. The building is lovely and spa-like, making you feel cared for and special. My medical professional, Katie, was awesome; very upbeat and efficient. My experience was great.

I am not pleased with this place. I do not appreciate them wasting my time. I arrived on time for my 1 o'clock appointment and was told they will try to work me in. I mentioned that I am a few minutes early for my appointment so not sure why I need to be fit in. Was told some nonsense reason that I can't remember...just remember that it made no sense. I do not appreciate having to wait after making the effort to get to the appointment ON TIME!!!!! My suggestion is that SMIL needs to set appointments for the actual time that someone needs to be there. You scheduled me for 1. I arrived minutes prior to 1 and you claimed you needed to find time for me on your schedule. Maybe you should have scheduled me for 12:45??? I am not pleased. This did not have to happen this way. You did not have to waste my time by making me wait for an opening on your schedule even though I arrat my scheduled time.

Yesterday I went in for a contrast MRI. I got VERY ill after the second bottle. The entire office appeared out of nowhere when I yelled for help as I started being ill in the dressing room. They not only took care of me, called my husband and then let me go home in a clean gown because I had been sick on the other one. This location was a 45 min drive from my home but I am so glad that we were at THIS location when this happened. Truly an amazing staff and in my opinion the best SMIL in the area! Absolutely the worst do not recommend. If you are a minute late they will not see you. If I could rate them a 0 I would.

My experience with SMIL was exceptional. My doctor had ordered a stat exam and I was able to get in that morning. The front desk girls was so nice and eased my anxiety, the person that did my exam was very professional and attentive to my concerns. Results were back to my doctor the same day. I have been to different locations but Mesa will be my go to site from now on
