We were looking for quick, friendly, decent fast food, and Sonic delivered. I ordered a hamburger combo, with everything but lettuce and with extra sauce. As simple as this sounds, most fast food restaurants get it wrong. Not only was my order correct at Sonic, the fries were very hot, which is an added bonus. The employee was friendly and bubbly from the time she took the order all the way until the food was delivered.

First of all every time I order a Big Red the cup is only filled about 3/4 of the way. Seems like employees only fill until the foam hits the top of the cup then puts the lid on it. Once the foam dissipates the Route 44 I ordered is reduced to what seems equivalent to a large. Sounds like I should've learned my lesson by now to check before driving off since this has happened about half a dozen times now, but in all fairness it shouldn't be my job as a paying customer to check these kinds of things. Now having said that, referring to the picture, when someone orders popcorn chicken they should expect to get popcorn chicken and not fry bits. The biggest piece of popcorn chicken I recieved was about the size of a quarter. Granted when I ordered these it was about 30 minutes until closing time, but regardless of what time the restaurant closes I don't think this is a prime example of customer service. Personally, I would not have served these pieces of fried batter to a paying customer but I guess this particular store does not implement exceptional customer service standards. I am very dissatisfied with this restaurant. Oh and also the sauce in the picture is from Arby's. I had to use what I had in the pantry since I wasn't offered any sauce. Thank goodness for Arby's.

We want to acknowledge the young man at the window, Evan. He was so up and personable. Refreshing when so often people are grumpy at their jobs. Enjoyed his energy.

I was pleasantly surprised. Food was hot & good. It didn't hurt that it was happy hour.

Picture is of the burnt chicken sandwich they sold us few days ago. Only reason I even opened at looked at the sandwich was because it tasted like old burnt oil. This place is terrible.
