Somehow a 1 star review for Southwest Blinds and Shutter ended up coming from my account! This is crazy and I have no idea how it happened, my sincerest apologies to the company! From the very start of our blind buying experience the people at Southwest Blinds & Shutters were amazing to work with. From the people at the corporate office, to the show room and final installation everyone was great. Originally when we first started to look at blind for our new house we ended up at the corporate office thanks to a mix up with google maps. Everyone at the office was very kind, answered a few of our questions and gave us detailed directions to the showroom / main storefront. There we were assisted by Kelley who helped us pick out the best blinds for our unique windows and style preferences. Ordering was easy and our custom made blinds were finished quickly. Upon installation one of the blinds was found to have a small flaw. They finished installing it so that we would have something covering the window while we waited for the new blind to me made. We got the replacement quickly and they were just as professional installing it as they were the first time. We will definitely be ordering blind for the rest of our house from Southwest Blind & Shutters. You can't beat the wonderful customer service that they provide!

Had my blinds and drapes installed today and was lucky to have Todd as the installer! What a jewel! Totally professional and appeared to be very organized and systematic .He kept a steady pace and took care with measuring, hanging and handling of the products. He always cleaned up the work space before going to the next window.. SW Blinds & Shutters is lucky to have employees who care enough to be and execute in a professional way. Thank you, Todd for a great installation, and to sales designer, Echo, for helping me with the selection process!
