Good prices and great service. The whole buying experience was positive. Jeremy patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions until I ran out of them (questions). My spa was delivered and installed on time with care by a crew that knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good hot tub.

This is the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. My wife and I decided to go look at hot tub’s but Hadn’t planned on buying one, we just wanted to look. But after being there and seeing the Features, we changed our mind. The ozone features which makes so that we don’t have to put chemicals in was a great selling point. These are literally maintenance free. Also, and just as important was the way we were treated with respect without a sales pitch letting the product speak for itself. This is an outstanding organization and I appreciate so much the help we got from Serge. I also want to say that this is the second ever review I have done in my life. Everything is great about this company from the buying process all the way to delivery! Yanni and Serge were very thoughtful and helpful when buying our Breeze spa. They have the ABSOLUTE BEST prices and quality of spas around the Valley. My girlfriend and I have been looking for a spa for a while and came across their spas at the Home and Garden Show. No one could even compete with the price, quality, warranty, accessories and customer service Southwest Spas provides. Amir and Nick were excellent as well during the electrical and installation process. If you need electrical run to the spa as well this is one of the cheapest and best quality installation around.
