This place was horrible. A lot of the nurses were very rude and unprofessional to me when i was there for a short stay from surgery. There were a couple nurses that were actually helpful and polite. I wouldn't recommend going there

Springdale is one of the best communities in AZ, hands down. I work in the senior industry as well and Springdale is always one of my top recommendations. They have regular 55 apartments, assisted living, memory care, and a skilled nursing facility on site. The staff are nice, compassionate, and you can really see they care. Thank you Springdale staff for raising the bar! and Thank you Stormy and Shawn H for all that you do!

Though my mother's stay was short, we were so impressed with Pam, the charge nurse. Her care and concern for the patient was outstanding! Thanks, Pam, for all you do!

My mother came in this place and after being there a few days she got the virus which later passed away so please be careful puting your love ones in this place also my mother was treated poorly they put her meds in the trash she went 24 hours with out her meds I don't wish this on anyone I set and seen my mother suffering and I could not help her

Had a good visit with my sis. She seemed alot more relaxed at this facility than others. The people were really nice and very helpful. It looked very well kept and clean. It was a nice change.
