SRP know how to treat their customers. They have amazing customer service and in light of the pandemic are being gracious enough to waive late fees and shut offs. These people are good humans. An example for other companies for sure.

The board is elected by landowners in a map from 1937 (not a typo). The board has set solar rates to make it cost prohibitive for individuals to install solar on their homes. This company is completely unethical and this should be illegal for a public utility.
Dont fall the empower box. All they do is charge you 100 deposit for the box every time you move, so after over 400 in deposits all I received back is 61??? Fraudulent scam artist.
