Entire staff is very helpful and Alex Villar went out of his way to help me with a part for a hot water tank! Thanks Alex!

I called Standard to make sure they had the part I needed and got Cade. Cade found the part and I asked him to hold it so my wife could pick it up after she had gone to another hardware store closer to our home and they gave her the wrong part. Cade did a great job and Standard Plumbing's part worked perfectly.

The sales staff at standard plumbing was so helpful and answered all my questions like the consamant professionals they are. That is why I shop here for all my plumbing needs time and time again...

We went to Standard Plumbing Supply to find fixtures for a bathroom remodel that we're doing. We were helped by Dani and what a pleasant young woman. She wrote down everything that we told her we were looking for before she started showing us the different options available. Dani made our shopping experience great and we left very satisfied with our purchase.

A few days ago I tried to buy a replacement part for something we bought there a few years ago as part of an entire bathroom remodel and the young woman working there tried to talk me out of buying anything. First she argued with me about the color of the part, then she tried to tell me they didn't work with that company anymore and finally she told me they had gone out of business. All of those things weren't true. Then she brought me over to the 'plumbing' side and I was then treated like I was a leper. I also noticed that not a single employee was wearing a mask (during the height of Covid). I ended up buying the part on the internet. Worth noting, Ferguson's is a couple miles down the road but light years better.
