I have recently purchased a grand piano from Stilwell Pianos and having done it sight unseen and from several states away, I was putting a lot of trust in the video made to showcase the piano, and what I was being told in my emails with Michael Stilwell. He was very informative, and you can tell his knowledge as a piano technician is very deep. He giving encouraging insight into another piano that he wasn't even offering for sale in order to help me make the best decision I could for myself. The delivery service had to deal with pouring rain, and they were 100% top notch professionals. They had the piano safely in my home and set up for play in a matter of 15 minutes and were on their way. I absolutely would purchase from them again regardless of where I lived in the United States.

I absolutely LOVE my Yamaha C5 Grand Piano! It sounded and felt amazing in the store, and it sounds equally amazing in my home. The prices were very reasonable in the store, and Nathan worked with me on getting my dream piano. I couldn't be happier with the purchase and delivery, and would go back to Stilwell again in a heartbeat. Awesome service provided by Michael. He was always on hand to answer any questions you had and was more than happy to send short videos of the Piano when asked. This was very important for me as an online out of state piano buyer. The buying process was very easy and within a week of buying the piano, it was delivered to us. The movers were also very professional. Overall an excellent experience. Would highly recommend buying from Stilwell Pianos.

Community concerts in their music hall, free classes for how to learn to play the piano, a radio show and blog for further information and help understanding the differences in brands, types of pianos, and more. They are sincerely interested in providing as much information as needed for the customer to make an informed decision that all will be happy with. They LOVE music, and it shows!

I purchased our first Baby Grand from Stilwell pianos. They are family owned with world class professionalism. They were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. The piano is absolutely gorgeous. There was no pressure whatsoever! They had it delivered by a professional team of piano movers who were amazing! My wife’s been playing piano for 45 years and has owned pianos all her life. She is thrilled, as am I. I highly recommend Stilwell pianos. Good people , good products!
