The doctors here are all incredible and very friendly and helpful, BUT their front end staff intentionally ignores incoming calls even when there is nobody in the office. They have all the ringers off and push all calls to voicemail. The problem with that though is their phone system is so broken that it doesn't let you leave a message unless you navigate the labyrinth of menus and EVEN STILL if you get to a voicemail box....... IT'S FULL. The also will book you for an appointment and when you get there there is no appointment or any record of a call to you. Completely unprofessional and extremely hard to interact with. The doctors need to get their front end staff under control or they are going to lose a lot of patients. The only way to get anything done with the office is to go in to the location during a pandemic. Absolutely awful.

Dr O is great and have had her as my PCP for over 10 years. She has been a caring, sharp and very good doctor in my experience. He office people in Mesa location at times gets overwhelmed but is for sure worth dealing with to be able to be cared for by a doctor that believes in a high level of service
