My experience was awesome!. I was given the royal treatment. The staff was very professional and nice when I arrived, during and before leaving. I received a call from one of the nurses a couple of days later to check in to see if everything was going good. I would definitely recommend Gilbert Surgery Center.

Office staff were great. That is until I got called back. Rude comments were made by a staff member and they refused to help me call for my transportation when done with surgery. At this point was loopy and out of it. I would not recommend this place.

Not sure what happened to all these other reviewers, my experience was nothing but great! The billing/intake gal billed me exactly what I expected, per my insurance. All the medical staff in the back was sensational with my 5 year old.

My son had surgery here. I'm not sure what everyone else is talking about in regards to payment. They contacted my insurance company, gave me a payment plan and made it less stressful. Every staff person, doctor, and nurse was incredibly kind. I was pleased with this center.
