I wanted to give a genuine thank you to the office staff. I called Friday about my light in the kitchen being out and sketchy and they came on Monday while I was at work to get it taken care of. Which was nice since we managed to get through the weekend with no light in there. I called when I got home to thank them, let Cassandra know that her help was well appreciated. I like most people, was unsure of the new management of course because like others have said, this place has gone through so many new people. So it’s been a long haul for us but as far as I’ve seen these people are trying to get things back up and running for us all. Hoping for more good things to come in the next few months from them. Also side note I love all the different layouts this complex has to offer.

My family and I recently moved in here, and so far we are very happy! The grounds are well kept, and my son loves having multiple pools to pick from. The apartment was nicely prepared for us by the friendly maintenance man. We are very happy with our decision to move in here!
Poor management and dog poo galore. Read the comments and see why most of the negative reviews have so many up votes. Talise continues to change management and are not professional in how they go about letting tenants know. Management writes reviews to boost ratings despite contributing to the dissatisfaction of living here. There system online portal system fails monthly, they have water issues monthly, maintenance requests aren't handled for weeks because they have so many put in, they make excuses for why they can't respond to emails and calls, while being in the office. A mail boxes were broken and it took them 3 weeks to fix. Management lied about who works there and notice dates. If it wasn't for a quick find (because tenants move out quickly) we would have reviewed before getting a place here. I will give credit where credit is due, some of the outside workers are the nicest people you'll meet and they are very generous. They will say hello, clean up dog poop, answer your questions, and be willing to help with what they can. I've seen several come and several go and they've all been really great.
I loved living at Talise! The staff is professional, handles your requests in a timely manner. Marci in the office Was always pleasant! MY dog loved the dog park. When they painted the property is freshened it up so much! Probably one of the best properties in Mesa. Lucy in the office is a doll as well. Will definitely miss Talise! If you're looking for a great place to call home, you found it!
ATTENTION: Please do not be mislead by what you see on the website. Sonora Canyon, now, know as Talise does NOT look like this on a daily basis. The apartments (Sonora canyon) were stated to be a luxury property...Misleading to say the least. Going forward, I only want to state facts about MY experience here. The pictures I've included was of the washer, dishwasher and ice maker. Now, the picture of trash bags are of a former neighbors' living habits. I say habits because they were several occasions I came home to trash outside of their door. I will say it was addressed, following the pictures I've captured. I went back and fourth with the leasing office Manager (Erica) approximately two months to get my apartment in a satisfied condition. Which leaves me to believe, the maintenance did a rush job on flipping the unit. Heine sight, I wouldn't have chosen Sonora Canyon/Talise as my place of residence. On a good note, I am grateful for the consistent welcoming customer service I've received from Monica! Anytime she was present in the office I knew any concern I presented would be resolved to the best of her ability. Moving forward, I would not refer ANYONE to this property. Good Luck, if you do decide to make this home, that's all!
