Extraordinary & Profoundly Talented Music Teacher! Tammie is able to transmit the essence of music in every lesson. She customizes lessons to meet the needs of each student. She is a pro at so many genres, and is are able to provide professional guidance in classical music, jazz, rock, and just about anything else you'd wish to learn. Tammie is a person on my musical journey who possesses some of the most profound skills to teach piano to all ages. She is a revelation to me - this is the first time that I see someone for whom music theory is not some abstraction but rather the structure guiding every note she plays, who asks not how a music text is constructed but why, and I listen in total awe to her explanations of what goes on under the fingers. And, of course, I continue to be greatly impressed with her energy and her enthusiasm. I learned a lot from her in the past year, and I am hoping this is just a beginning of a long road. Skilled, Talented, Experienced, Professional, Kind, and Caring Piano Teacher!

I took piano lessons with Tammie and I would highly recommend for anyone looking to learn piano or to improve their piano skills. My son took lessons with Tammie and learned piano so quickly and so well that I signed up and I signed my six year old daughter up as well. Tammie is a great teacher, the studio is immaculate and the lessons are always the highlight of our week. She also offers virtual classes!! So helpful, especially now and for times when you can't make it in person.

Tammie has been giving my teenage son piano lessons for a few months now and we are so grateful for her talents. She was warm and friendly right away and made my son feel totally comfortable. He’s learning later than most kids and he was a little worried about that, but she made him feel at ease and customized the beginner lessons to suit his age appropriately. Tammie is a kind, patient, and wonderful teacher. I’m an educator myself, and I was immediately impressed with how she helped my son start to read music and play with confidence. He even loves practicing and does so without reminders. It’s amazing how fast he’s learning. Her price is very reasonable and she is always timely. She’s quick and thorough about communication with me as well. I’m so glad to recommend Tammie's Music Studio to anyone seeking piano lessons for themselves or their children. Tammie's Music Studio is the crowning jewel of music conservatories. Tammie is a a decorated successful musician with classical training and her approach to teaching is both rigorous and loving. I had a grand piano I received as a birthday present from my granddaddy but it was just laying around in the house since there before, I had never bothered to learn how to play one. I was too busy with other stuff lol. But one day as I was creating room in my apartment, I ran across this beautiful acuostic and I thought to myself, why let this beautiful instrument lay to waste while I can spare a little time to learn the art of playing it? The next thing I did was google about piano teachers and luckily I came across Tammie's Music Studio. I went through the reviews and it was worth a shot. I reached out to to Tammie and she was very warm and polite. She was quite knowledgeable about pianos and was ready to walk me through everything I needed to know. I had a quick orientation and after few months everybody in my neighborhood could listen to my tunes every weekend. I continue to pursue more about pianos because I was quite motivated by Tammie. This is the best place to learn Piano!!!
