I think Diana Kirby is the finest counselor that I have ever come across. We did have some substitutes and it showed me and the whole class that Diana should be overseeing all the counselors at Terros and I think they would be a lot farther ahead. Diana is truly brilliant with her tactics. I got more out of the 3 months with Diana than I did in my past 40 years. Thank you Diana you are an angel.

I have been going to group counseling at the Stapley location for just over a month. I have had counselors before this and \Ryan\ is probably the best counselor I have ever had. He has a understanding of what we as individuals are going through and doesn't just \fake it\ through the classes. Real discussions about real life things that are presently going through his groups lives. I feel lucky to get a real counselor that is understanding and keeps it real and isn't a \fake\ person. Kudos to you Ryan other counselors could learn something from you.

Train yolanda to do her job or fire her. Constantly hanging up without answering questions or telling you an appointment date without putting it in the system. Make her do her job at the very least.
