I've used a number of luthiers in the Phoenix area and tried The Music Store on a referral. Brendan did a setup on my guitar and did an excellent job. Quality work done quickly at a reasonable price. Everyone was friendly, helpful and attentive at the store. Highly recommended!

I use Brenden Dezember, the luthier, all the time. For almost ten years. He is a master.. He is a level above the rest when it comes to customizing guitars. I will never trust my axes with another.

Great first experience! I pulled my old violin out of storage and two of my strings were broken. The music store helped me out. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to get my strings there and get them put on and tuned. They have tons of books for music and cool stocking stuffers for people who are all about music. They also offer lessons!

I have been stopping in from time to time to pick up strings or a strap or cord. Nice folks! About a year ago I was in buying a strap for one of my guitars when I spotted a 12 string Fender. I played it and fell in love. All I can say is they worked so hard to get it all together, found just the right case, AND gave me a better deal that Guitar City could offer! I appreciate their professionalism and courteous service. Keep up the good work!
