Titan took 3 months after contracts were signed to install my solar panels. Once it finally did happen the staff that came to my house were extremely unprofessional, did not wear masks when speaking to myself and fiance, left materials like wires and chalk around my property. The installers did not care to tell me of the possible power shortages they would be doing which affected my work. They also were just laughing and shouting to the point that I could hear them from the inside of the house with noise isolating headphones on. Even after all that, they did not even complete the whole job of also installing insulation per my contract. I would advice anyone else that would want solar panels installed, go else were.

After working in the Solar/Home Energy Efficiency \Arena\ for the last 25 years, I have never worked with a Company like Titan Solar Power! They truly care about their clients in every way! They are not PERFECT, nor is any company made up of \Human Beings\. If a mistake is made, it is rectified quickly. I have worked with Titan for 6 years, they are my install partner & have installed hundreds of job's for my clients & I have NEVER had a problem! I had a 6.5 KW system installed in 2013 & decided to add another 9.36KW as we heat our pool to 90 with a heat pump & drive a Tesla we charge at home mainly. I have 0 Complaints, the install went great, crew was professional, polite, and did a great job cleaning up!

1 star is too much. They quoted me a great price and had a great sales pitch. However, once I signed paperwork communication went dark. It was months before my install got scheduled with zero calls or messages to me. My panels were installed two months ago and still haven't been switched on. Every time I call Titan they say they'll call me back, but they never do.
