It's been just under a year since I had my tub refinished and while Nick is very polite and professional over the phone and the job looked really good at first, the paint job is already fading and an old stain on the side of the tub is beginning to show through. Never used any cleaners on the tub, just light scrubbing to keep it clean. Tried calling the office a few times about the warranty but unfortunately no answer. UPDATE : Got in contact with Nick and he sent one of his guys to come out and do a touch up on the stain area. All is well again and it looks great. Hopefully the tub stays nice and sparkling white going forward!

I hired The Tub Doctor to refinish my tub/shower in June 2020. Their work was very poor. The finish has big drips and blemishes. Nick promised to fix the problems but never did.

Wouldn’t return my phone calls. When I did get ahold of him he always had an excuse. Finally came and gave me an estimate. Said he would call back to get my answer but never did. Tried calling about a half dozen times but won’t get back to me. I guess he doesn’t want my business. I’m going with Convert-a-bath. They were very professional. Nick at Tub Doctor was anything but professional. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend!

WOW! Nick did such a professional job, I cannot say enough good things about him, his company and his service. He remade our kitchen sink to look like brand new. The satisfaction was unbelievable. If you want great service and a job you will be proud of, Tub Doctor is the way to go!
