I have received excellent service at this location and it is now my go to post office. After having a bad experience at the other post office location near my residence I talked to the manager of this location and he answered all of my questions and reassured me about my issue at the OTHER location. It really helps when people are acknowledged and I really like the staff here at 6644 E Broadway. Big thanks to all of them!

Completely dissatisfied with the service at Mesa Desert Post Office on Broadway in Mesa AZ. I submitted a change of address for myself only. They stopped my mail one week early and put a vacant notice in my mailbox. They also stopped mail to others at this address without a request. I had important documents being delivered to my current address before I moved (tracking via informed mail) and now I have no clue where my mail is or when I’ll receive it. This post office location has repeatedly provided substandard service to the community that I reside in. Now I have to try and find my mail. If I could give this location zero stars I would. USPS needs to address the substandard performance and make corrections at this location.

This isnt particularly to this store i just have to warn you all, usps has consistently been unable to deliver my mail for one reason or the other, sometimes my stuff is delivered sometimes not... i just dont see how this entity recieves both consumer and government financing yet still dose worse than private companies, i will for now on not support businesses that ship through usps and i will no longer use usps services because of there inconsistency, Covid or no Covid the pnly thing they have been consistent in is being inconsistent.

I was supposed to receive a package on July 17 2020, I got the notification that my package was on it's way then all of the sudden that same day I got an alert saying my package couldn't be delivered so it got returned to the sender and a minute later I got another email saying my package was disposed. I filed a claim online and I didnt get a response, so i went personally to this location and the employee in charge of packages was not helpful at all, he was pretty arrogant and just told me my package got thrown away, and that there was no way for him to help. So I basically just had to deal with it. He said all packages that cant get delivered get disposed of right away..I asked if there was anyone else i could talk to or call to try and resolve my problem and he made a face and said o\. I'm extremely suspicious of what happened to my package.. and everyone elses packages.. I feel like they might be keeping them for themselves if they \dispose \ them in a time frame of 4 hours.
