I cannot say enough about this company. They are FANTASTIC!!! Pete and David came out to replace my upper air handler and it was not an easy job at all but these guys were professional, friendly and completed the job the RIGHT WAY. It took a little longer than they had expected and they had to repair faulty work done by a previous company but the bill stayed the same. Margaret was so incredibly responsive and told us when and who was coming to help us. A BIG shout out to Valleywide Cooling. First Class All The Way!

Valleywide Cooling provided timely and professional service when we had to replace a old, failing heat pump installation. The staff and crew were personable and responsive to our questions—they wanted to make sure that we understood every step they took. Installation of the new unit was quick and neat. We also had some additional work that needed to be done, and the staff took care of these issues immediately. We have taken the extra step of signing up for a service contract for our other air conditioning units. Over the past couple of days they have followed up to make sure that our concerns had been met. Highly Recommended.
From the beginning I felt comfortable with Margaret who called me about a repair I requested. On a weekend day, the techs arrived quickly and fixed the problem in one of our units. They ordered additional Parts for the other unit which was not functioning properly. Pete was awesome and friendly. Both units working perfect now. I wish I would have used them in the past for all HVAC needs. Definitely 5 star work and highly recommended!!!
Our ac/heat pump has not been working properly and has been “repaired” a few times. We had no heat and after checking Homeadvisor and BBB called Valleywide Cooling. Margaret spoke with my husband and had him speak to the manager Jim to answer his questions. My husband felt he understood the problem and we had them come out for a consult. Pete and Dave came out, on time, even called to let us know they were on their way. With Pete’s experience, he identified and said he could fix it. Parts were ordered, thankfully were covered under our initial warranty, and follow up was scheduled. Pete took the time to explain what the problems were and what had previously been done to get us up and running. Our unit is now working. Margaret called a few days later to follow up and see if we were satisfied. We are highly satisfied and highly recommend them.
Pete and Dave stopped at my house. They were professional and very kind. They suggested to clean duct and vent which I scheduled to do with this company. I appreciate their professionality and communication.
