We purchased our new Jayco trailer here. Everyone was so helpful and answered our questions. They made great recommendations where safety was concerned and took time to walk us through the whole thing before we drove away with it. Talk to Raul he was our sales person.

I was pleasantly surprised that the sales people were not “pushy”. Eric the salesman let me take as much time as I needed. Durning test drive the radio and back up camera kept switching back and forth and they looked at it promptly. The tech worked on it and it was fine. About 5 miles out it did it again. I was informed that further repair would require approval. Say what? So I wait. Eric, Stephanie and Tiffany all get 5 stars for customer service. That I was assured the backup cameras would be fixed at no charge to me before I left the lot and now needs to have approval is a 2 star for me. So ergo total score is 3.5 stars.

I wanted to write a review saying how important good customer service is to a company. A little over a month ago I had poor customer service from a person when I ordered camper parts. I wrote emails days in a row to get a tracking number with no response to my emails. I didn't receive any follow up calls with a tracking number or info about the shipment either. I waited for a while because I was so disappointed that I hadn't gotten a response .I knew there was a delay in parts shipping due to COVID but a response would have been nice. Finally early this month a new parts person called me and went above and beyond good customer service. Not only did she give me all the info I needed on tracking she gave me all the answers I needed. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Her name is Linda Lovelady. If you need to order parts or get info about parts she is your parts person!! Thank you Linda for going above and beyond and I wish there were more people out there with the fantastic customer service you provide. Worldwide RV and Jayco give her a big pat on the back for representing your companies so well!!!!

Best place to purchase an RV or travel trailer. Friendly, knowledgeable and flat out good people. Brian and Sam are awesome! From the purchase to even taking our trailer in for service was super easy and enjoyable.

If one enjoys going to a car dealer one will feel right at home here. From the time one steps out the sales people are there. I am not one to play games and I am pretty good at math. I do not understand why dealers (car and trailer) find it necessary to give discounts then require something that eliminates the discount. I'm talking dealer prep, inspections etc. The final straw for me was the finance manager, yes she was nice, professional and a good saleslady, but I can figure out finance charges percentages and realize how much I would be paying for 12 years I balked. When I mentioned paying cash I was told the depreciation was around 40% so why would I. My question is this if depreciation is 40 percent how does the business justify their used trailer price. Look when I go into a dealer tell me the price out the door and quit trying to hide the actual cost. Would I go back no,
