Worst store ever! Worker harassed us in the store. I had a cart full of stuff and I left. My husband also ordered something online for store pick up and then received a notice that the item was not there. He called the store and told the clerk... “they are on display in the front “ the clerk apologized and said... “oh sorry we didn’t see them. Just put your order in again and we will fulfill it.” Of course we decided NOT TO! I will never return here again! It’s a shame because I spend so much money in this store!

This was my first ever trip to Bed Bath and Beyond and I was amazed at the amount of inventory, but the entire staff was the real experience! Given that many of their wares are stacked to the ceiling, they're always ready to assist and check the stock for any item that's not immediately visible; I really enjoyed shopping there!
They get your money legally, they over price everything and when you need to return your items they only give store credit and they give you back what ever amount they want to give you and not what you paid for; at least during the pandemic they should be honest but no, they don't care to return your money back that you paid for. Shame!
Quick and easy — sales associate was able to help me find my product and rung me up right there.
I found such lovely things here for my bathroom!! I lllooovvveee the set I purchased. I also got the rug from there too!
