I ordered an XL cowhide and was nervous it would not look like the photo so I emailed the company requesting a certain color and design. The company personally called me and sent me a photo of my exact hide and made sure it was what I wanted before sending. It shipped fast and OMG is it beautiful. So soft, amazing quality and completed my room. I can not say enough good things about the service and product. 5 stars all the way

So this wasn't a bad experience but also not a great one either. They note 100% satisfaction guaranteed but did not follow through. I bought an extra large cow hide for 250 and received it in a timely fashion. It was packaged in a white bag that was zip tied and taped up. I peeled off the tape and cut the 1 zip tie with scissors. The cowhide itself was beautiful but upon inspection found a slide in the hide, see attached photo. Now there was no way I could have cut this upon opening it and there were no evident marks it was cut during shipping. I emailed the photo to them and received a call quickly. They basically told me they inspect everything before it leaves and never have any issues. I told them everything I noted above and that it had to be damaged when it was shipped to me. Sadly the only way they were going to replace it was for me to pay the 38 dollars to ship it back to them and then have me pay the 21 to have them ship it back to me, which I did. They sent a new hide that looks great and even larger than the old one. Still, I had to pay an additional 59 for an item that should have been sent correctly to me in the first place. Their satisfaction guarantee is useless. I am looking to purchase 5-6 more hide for my 5600sf home and will be going elsewhere for it.
This was the first time I purchased a cowhide and was nervous about doing so online after reading various reviews about other businesses that sell online. Before ordering I called to confirm the ordering and return policies, shipping, just in case there was mistake. I got a hold of someone right away. The gentleman was very helpful and was willing to send photos of rugs in stock in order for me to choose my rug. There was a mistake made in shipping, but they were very responsive and eager to make a correction. I’m giving them 5 stars because of their customer service. If you are picky about the pattern and cut of the hide you want, their system works, as it enables you to sign-off on what you are buying prior to shipping. Their prices are reasonable, and I am happy with the rug!
