We want to thank David the sales manager and his service staff for a wonderful experience! After researching and talking with David for over a year, we ordered a wonderful couples trailer \Flagstaff 26rkbs\ back in November of 2020 and took delivery the first week of February. As a person that heavily relies on reviews and asks lots of questions, David responded with all the requested information during that year. Why a year? I had to get to my retirement date first before purchasing this quality trailer. Your RV center is AAA rated in our opinion!!

Very disappointing visit. We made an appointment to see a particular unit but after confirming one hour in advance when we got there the salesman didn't know it was sold. He was new but he didn't have a clue. Units we did see seemed overpriced. We wondered the lot for almost an hour after the first salesperson abandoned us. No one offered any assistance nor did they appear to be busy. It was easy for us to understand why through our observations

This is our third 5th wheel we have purchased from Explorer USA Mesquite. From sales to services it has always been great. Customer service is top notch and they truly care about you being happy with your purchase. Ryan in service was exceptional. He contacted us every step of the way to advise when our new 5th wheel would arrive, when it was getting a generator installed, and approximate time it would be ready for pick up. Robert M. did a great job selling my husband on the trailer I wanted (and he needed haha!!) But seriously, Robert listened to our needs, our stories and pointed us in the right direction. We are so excited to hit the road and try out our new camper! Tyrone and George also did a phenomenal job on the walk-through and technical side! We left with a ton of information and knowledge.
