We have been to a lot of RV dealers both in and out of Texas. We were looking to upgrade when we found a Toy Hauler we liked at Holiday World Dallas. I must say, it was one of the best RV shopping experiences I’ve had looking for an RV. Although we ultimately decided against that particular unit, I hope to do business with them in the future. Myles was fantastic and worked hard getting us the information we needed. He is a great communicator, which for me is a giant plus. Chris in finance got us a great deal and also worked hard to answer questions. I wish the unit we were looking at would’ve been a little better suited for us. Don’t hesitate to give these guys an opportunity, you wont regret it.

We purchased a new fifth wheel from Holiday World of Dallas in September and had a great experience! They were the only place in town that had the Keystone Cougar Half-Ton we were looking for. Tracey was very knowledgeable and patient with us (we had a lot of questions). The best part was they have a campground on site so we spent three nights there after purchasing the unit testing it out. We tried everything! Even tested the heat in some lovely 90 Texas weather! We did have a few issues, expected as the unit is brand new, which we were able to walk right over to the service department and get fixed same day! Jamie their service department manager is so helpful! After almost a month of living in the RV full time we’ve found a few more things that need fixing and were able to call her directly and schedule service around our schedule. Tommy the sales manager is also very helpful and works very hard to make sure that every customer that walks through his doors leaves happy. We have already recommended Holiday World to other full time families for both service and sales.
Absolutely, hand down, the best vehicle buying experience we’ve ever had. We’ve bought many, many different motorcycles, cars, trucks, farm equipment, and trailers from various dealerships over the years. Buying our RV from Holiday World last week was great. We were always treated professionally, never pushy, and our deal was very fair. Even the few little things we asked be done at delivery were taken care of to our satisfaction. Robert Ortolani is a very knowledgeable sales rep and did a great job matching our needs. Chris Richardson in finance was actually helpful (not the usual high pressure finance guy), and negotiated respectfully. Nate and Alfredo in service did a great job getting our unit ready, and Freddy in parts gave needed advice freely. Seriously, all of their staff worked to make our deal come together, none of the usual dealership BS. We shopped 5 dealers, narrowed it down to two competing brands/models at two dealerships, and bought from Holiday World in no small part due to the staff. Sure, pricing helps, but there's more to customer satisfaction than price. These folks seem to understand that.
Tish has made my fifth wheel transaction effortless especially since I am buying and I don’t live in the area. I highly recommend Tish Holiday World RV Mesquite! Chris in finance is also great! Parts and service are working with us for a specific time to have a hitch installed they’ve all gone above and beyond!
These guys are the best! We drove 10 hours to buy our rig and save almost 10K. We got here just in time to have our tour, training and repairs made to our new rig. From service to sales, everyone was so nice. Good Texas hospitality. We recieved excellent training and got some extra help setting up for the first time. They let us sleep here at their little camp site last night, before we head back to our family.
