Convenient. Friendly. They have a streamlined process and many MTs working, so it is easy to grt a weekday appointment.
Very dissatisfied on multiple levels. First, Patty didn’t focus on the area that I spoke with the front desk personal about. Then, she stated she had allergies which was understandable but what irritated me is that she took her mask off twice to cough. That is so disrespectful and horrid, especially during a pandemic, that’s ridiculous. I’m happy I kept my mask on even though they stated it was an option. And lastly, she pretty much talked the whole session and I couldn’t relax and enjoy myself.
Make sure and stay a member otherwise the communication and customer service goes downhill. I was a member and regretted having to stop (but with everything happening, it is what it is and you save a penny where possible) I had multiple credits and was advised I had until the end of the year...now being told \sorry those already expired over a month ago\. I really enjoyed this facility for the time when I had a membership, but disappointed how it turned out in the end.
I cant get them to stop charging my cc. I signed up & now I cant get out! Be aware of these tactics. My wife has already been to the facility in person & has not had success with this company.
