Had an appointment with the clinic Sept 11th. I received wonderful service from the nurse. She even called a few days later to check and make sure I was feeling better. If ever in need I’d DEFINITELY go back.

I made an appointment for 10am so I can be tested for COVID-19. I get there 5 min early and was told the administrator was not there. A car pulled up behind me and then I was asked to drive around so they could help the customer behind me; no problem at all. I drive around and now there are 4 people ahead of me, all there for the same thing. 30 minutes later, everyone is still waiting because the administrator was not there yet.
Took my husband here on a Sunday and got fantastic service. Very short wait time - she listened to him and the problem he’d been having (sinus and ear problems, like a lot of people this time of year) and made an appropriate diagnosis. Prescription was sent to our local pharmacy and we were out the door lickity-split ... friendly, professional and super clean setting. Would definitely go back.
This was a very fast visit. I did not want to go to urgent care for some simple check up on a problem that I was dealing with for a couple of days now. The practitioner was very understanding of my issues. I will come here when I am dealing with problems in the future.
This minute clinic is run by a bunch of professional scam artists. Once you get there they will look up your insurance information and tell you that todays visit is fully covered. Then do the exam and send you on your way. A few weeks later you will get an email saying that you owe HUNDREDS for your visit and that they will be charging the credit card on file. Even though they only perscribed amoxocilin for an ear infection (that didn't even work). Go anywhere else, literally anywhere. I heard Doc Mcstuffins does pro-bono work and you won't get a huge bill a few weeks later.
