I hired Mathew and RSH Engineering to handle phased inspections for my house build. Mathew was awesome. For every scheduled visit, he spent ample time documenting all issues and concerns and made sure I had the ammo I needed to go back to my builder to insist on changes and repairs. A new home is a huge financial undertaking and if you want to sleep soundly after closing, you want to know you did everything you could to ensure it was constructed properly. Mathew and his team gave me that peace of mind. I am 100% satisfied with the experience and highly recommend them if you're in the market for an engineer to guide you through construction of a home.

We have used RSH Engineering twice, in 2002 and 2020. BOTH times they were able to point out serious issues that the builder overlooked and both times their findings saved us thousands of dollars. Both builders responded to their findings and made the repairs. Don't let that End of Builder Warranty expire without calling these guys first. You'll be glad you did! TWO THUMBS UP!!
