The process went very smooth. The Tech kept me informed the entire time. He was professional and friendly. I just can't say enough about the tech who repaired the windshield.. Excellent experience and quality work.

I had my windshield replaced a few weeks ago. Arturo, the mobile technician that worked on my truck, left strings and blobs of black sealant on the A Pillars of my truck. There is a 4 ft long piece of rubber roof molding missing from my truck, and the cover for the rearview mirror cable is gone. This is a horrific job. For 300, they should have taken the time to do this right. Hopefully they will get this taken care of immediately.
I had my truck in to have the driver window replaced after it was broken into one night. I get home with the vehicle to find that on top of a whistling sound next to top right of window, the doors also will not lock at all. I tried to make things right after being burgled and am left with my car being in an even worse condition. Now on a Saturday morning when the shop is open , I cannot get into touch with anyone to explain what’s going on. Is this the quality of service one can expect with Safelite? EDIT: Safelite reached out to me on Monday to schedule a second look to fix the problem, due to extreme weather it had to be rescheduled a couple of times, but eventually I was able to have the truck looked at and diagnosed. The problem compounded with the weather to corrode a cable, the fault did not lie with Safelite and they kindly explained what needed to be done to fix it. Changing the review to 3 stars because it was still very difficult to get into contact with anyone and I had to spend 4 hours over two days waiting for the work to be done.
I was double charged for my service, but that is not my issue as they were having problems with their system the day I was there. The reason for the one star is that I have not been able to get in touch with a live person to resolve the matter-- I've called numerous different numbers without success. Finally settled for an email to the customer service department, but no response. Very disappointed as I've always had excellent service in the past... UPDATE: Safelite reached out to correct the double charge. I'm changing my review to a 4 star.
Windshield replaced there at 4pm on Dec. 28, 2019. Work was done very fast, but not done properly. The technician Efrain left Clips in front of windshield out and didn’t put them back to their holes. He also left small pieces of dust into passenger side windshield washer nozzle. I went there to ask them to fix these issues in the early morning on next Monday. I left my car there the whole day. They sent messages to me through email and also called me saying all issues were fixed. My wife went there to pick up my car but found nothing was done actually. I hope they can really provide us the real warranties. Because the nozzle was clogged, so the pressure inside the tube is higher than normal. The driver side nozzle inside the hood is leaking when using, and it is just located upside of the engine. They told me that it won’t damage the engine. They also told my wife that because the inside of the hood is too dirty which caused the outside nozzle clogged (this is really a good joke). On Jan. 1st, 2020, I checked my windshield trims and clips. The technician Efrain destroyed two clips. He also caused the cover in front of the windshield curved which cannot cover the windshield very tightly (actually he didn’t install the rubber set back to my car). When I found the possible problems on December 28th, 2019, he just told me that if he redo the Garnish assembly, it may mess his work (maybe he just wanted to cover the truth that he has already messed the Garnish assembly both sides on the windshield). On Jan. 1st, 2020, I found that he just used the glue to make the Garnish assembly both sides stick to the windshield. I have to spend 50 dollars more to repair those part myself right now. I don’t recommend people to go there. On January 2nd, 2020, I found that some of my front windshield parts lost there, such as the rubber set (04731-S5W-J10).
