My car was deemed a total loss by the insurance at this place, then it vanished, magically disappeared and was stolen by someone who knew they have NO cameras. Beware, super sketchy because my car only had cosmetic issues and their insurance is a joke. The guy literally laughed at me after everything I had been through and now I’m stuck without a vehicle because even though THEY left the car outside and it was their liability, they won’t own up to it. Nobody knew it was a total loss except them and the insurance... sketchy, no security and no liability.

The process of fixing my vehicle couldn't have gone better. Hector did a great job of explaining how the process would go and then kept me up to date each step of the way. The car was done exactly when he said it would be and the work looks great.
Great customer service. No hassles. Amazing work. Took my Mazda to them, excellent work. Got rear ended again and I was forced by Geico to take it to an approved Mazda repair shop. Not as good as Ford.
Super friendly and helpful with the insurance company, took time to explain everything and wow the work is phenomenal.
