I cannot recommend UniFirst, Christopher Harris and Kietha Allen enough! From our initial visit they made it seem like we were the only potential client they had and that they truly cared about us. They are all about integrity and customer service not to mention they saved our company a significant amount of money annually. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would!

These guys at Unifirst are great! I've been working with them for awhile now and every service they have provided for me has been fast and consistent. If you need anything just ask for Ralph Rodriguez the Service Manager, he can definitely get it done.

Had good service in the beginning. Then route manager Mike took over our route and everything went downhill from there. Constantly tried to charge us for uniforms that had been turned in. Canceled one of our technicians out of the blue and by the time I knew about it, they had already sent back all the uniforms he'd turned in. Over a month goes by waiting for him to get those uniforms back. Mike blames the route drivers at every opportunity instead of taking responsibility and getting things fixed. I would not recommend UniFirst until they fix their management issue.
