This young lady Lyly was so amazing and phenomenal that it’s been 5 months since my family and I purchased our phones and I still remember to give her a review! She has patience of an angel. Explains everything to you in detail and looks after the best deal for your needs. Treated everyone who walked in with such enthusiasm and kindness. Very helpful due to her excellent knowledge of devices and plans available. Trouble shoots with the customers until their issues are resolved. Downloaded my phone device content into my new phone 2 hours after hours!!! She should be traveling and training all staff for Verizon. Thank you Lyly Continue what you are doing. You have an amazing future ahead of you..
