Was on the road and remembered I needed batteries soon. I called ahead for a battery and asked for price. Was told they had a 2 pack for 7.99. got there 3 minutes later and was told, oops, only a 1 pack for 5.99. If you can wait or know ahead of time, order on Amazon or Walmart for a much cheaper price.

Very quick no more than 10 minutes to fix the back of my phone I have a S8 plus I would reckon though if you are getting the back of your phone fixed that you check with your phone company to make sure it doesn't void any warranties or plans you might have because it isn't the manufactured Samsung Galaxy glass backing. And by me doing this I voided my warranty so if I decide that I want to get another phone I would have to make a full claim.

Went in for a charge port replacement that costs 65 and left paying 10. If you go in batteries plus in Mesquite ask for Brenda. She gives you the best customer service and really tries to help you out.

My phone screen was shattered and they changed it for far cheaper than Apple would have. That being said, I still have an issue with the backlight being a tad dark on the lower left side. The associate there said it was due to water damage to the motherboard or internal connectors. Since I know very little of the components, I have to trust this diagnosis. They gave me a discount which helped. I still feel a bit of buyers remorse. All of this is no fault of their own though. I went in with an expectation that was not met fully and that’s my own problem. They were quick and explained everything clearly and gave me options for me to chose from with the situation at hand. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars is due to paying 102 for a mostly fixed problem. I probably will not do business with them again only due to the fact that this is a problem I’ve experienced once and probably will not happen again. If it did happen again, I would gladly go there just for the friendly staff and low repair costs.
