Every time i call or wall in the store the people are rude. I have never been able to have a conversation with anyone with out just walking out or hanging up the phone out of frustration. The only reason why we go here is because they are the only local place in this city.

Avoid this business at all cost. No communication at all. They had no idea where my equipment was for several days. Then amazingly it was found but is now not repairable??? When I asked when I could pick up my ot repairable\ equipment up, I received the run around again.
These people are so rude! The lady was rude from the day we rented to camera locator. We had it for one week and the day we returned it she acted like we tried to steal it! She said we should have returned it the next day even though they didn’t tell us that I mean what kind of rental place doesn’t want you renting their things? She told us not to come back and locked the door behind us. We never gave her the satisfaction of making us angry. Who does business like that?
