Staff was nice enough. But be advised, this is not a \corporate\ 5.11 store as they put it. It's a private franchise that sells only some 5.11 products amongst other names. They can't help you with online exchanges of 5.11 merch. They did help me exchange a mis-sized purchase from an actual 5.11 store though which made no sense since I could have said the online purchase was from a retail store as well....
