After extensively researching which hair restoration company would be the most experienced in assisting me with my desired goal, I chose Bosley. I had reservations as to their ability work with African American hair. Needless to say I was somewhat disappointed. I give the medical staff, doctor and receptionists 5 stars for their Customer Service. 2 stars are simply because African American hair has many different textures. As such, those accustomed to working with these differences in texture should be trained to make extractions. Perhaps this would have increased the chances of a successful procedure. Overall, this is a set back. I will take the staff's advice and reschedule with them in a year. Keep in mind, I wanted to rate 5 stars(Overall) and perhaps in a year Bosley would have changed some tactics regarding working with different textures of African American hair. All African American hair textures are not the same...

The PA Caroline is incredible. Have you met her? She’s amazing. The PA Lane was very caring. She thoroughly enjoys her job and she wants to perfect her craft...you can tell. Very sweet. Dr Campicci was very interested in getting to know me and wanted what was best for me. He was awesome! Start to finish very, very nice and professional. The nurses Lex and Courtney and Jen were all very very nice and funny and professional. Just an overall ace of a crew there at the New Orleans office. Kevin was also great and everything was explained well at the front office. Again, I can’t say enough nice things about this location. Very well trained staff with great customer service skills. 5 stars Preston
