Uninterested in actually working with you. They want to set the terms rather than allowing the customer to work within their own budget. Additionally, they are lacking basic technology allowing customers wishing to make good on a debt to log in to an actual account, set up, manage, and make payments, view balances, etc.
I had an amazing experience with this bureau! They quickly answered my phone call, gave the information I requested, and the transaction was easy and quick. The issue was an incorrect address and they removed it off of my credit report promptly due to the misunderstanding!
