Was actively making decent payments when it was sent to my credit score which I was initially told as long as I was making payments it wouldn't show. Both reps from the company I spoke with today were rude, condescending, and told me to be an adult and pay my bills. I wished them peace and blessings as clearly they are miserable people bc I never spoke ill towards them, just asking questions I had about the situation and the intial information I was given, which they informed me was incorrect (I asked how was I to know that?). I truly hope they never are in a situation where they are trying to find information and people treat them that way.

Got an out of the blue call today stating my overdue balance had been posted on my credit because it was unpaid. How am I supposed to pay a bill when I never get statements in the mail? Can't send bills but can call every three months like clock work demanding balance in full!
I have a account in collection that I want to pay but have no way to pay it. I do not get bills from them. The only phone number I can find online just rings forever. There is no email listed that I can find. So how am I supposed to pay it?
This company does not send statements. Just a letter every three months or so letting you know your account is past due and a phone call in between letting you know they have not received payment. I explained several times, I do not send payment without a statement. I received my phone call today letting me know they had not received payment, again explained no statement no payment. I’ll send payment once I received my three month notice about my past due account. Today I was told they would not be sending those either. Guess I’ll be sent to another collection agency? Maybe the new one will send statements and I can be done with this bill.
So...this number is just for a lady named holly...does anyone know how to get a hold of these people? I'm outta state now
