Would give this a 4.3 if partial stars were allowed. I have always found their staff friendly and helpful. The new location is very spacious and easily allows for social distancing. Their curbside pickup is very convenient if you know what you want before going in. They have a huge selection of crafting products, though I have had to go to competitors for items JoAnn does not have at times. Despite their huge selection, their well-organized layout makes it easy to find what you need if you're in a hurry. My only real gripe is with having to download the app and play the coupon game if you want good prices. If you are willing to play the game, however, JoAnn has great prices.

Always pleasant to walk about. Some prices are a bit high, but I think they do that because they assume you will use a 40% off coupon. Personnel are pleasant and helpful.
