I'm a house flipper/building that been doing business for years in Louisiana. I just called this company for termite treatment since they had an offer on their site for 399 which is a great price but end up to find out that they can't offer me this \special price\ because it's expired. I talked to Kim and explained that you can't just have false advertising on a site that's illegal and don't follow the regulations for websites. Kim was rude and hang up on me because I told her the truth about having false advertising. She answered me again and had an attitude when she found out I was the same person I just called. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. IF THEY CANT BE HONEST ON THEIR SITE HOW WE THE CUSTOMERS CAN TRUST THIEIR WORK. I WILL GO HEAD AND CONTACT BBB

Always courteous and on time
Ive been using Lajaunies Pest Control for a long time and I appreciate their service always but today I have to say I really enjoyed the young man they sent; Quintin. He was the kindest of them all and really just made me feel like he was enjoying his conversation with me and didnt seem to mind one bit to listen to this old lady go on and that made me feel good. He did a great job and made sure I was okay with his service. He just gives that feeling of he truly cares and that I wasnt just some other person to scratch off his list. Thank you some much young man. There arent many kids out there as respectful as you.
They responded promptly to a pest situation where time makes all the difference. The tech, Brian, who came out twice, was very professional and always on time. He also did a great job of communicating what to do, and what not to do, so I could avoid this situation in the future.
Morgan was extremely professional and very informative with all questions that I had. Additionally, he explained the services provided at my appointment. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The service manager even called me to make sure the company gave superior service. The team as a whole was amazing! All in all this was an excellent experience. Thank you Lajaunie's!
