Contract was signed on 8.14.2020 for thousands of dollars worth of Bahama shutters. Salesman was great. Went with them because they were a local company. Was given a lead time of 8-10 weeks on contract. We are now 15 weeks out. No one from this business has ever contacted me to let me know they were experiencing a delay. Delays happen. I get it- but as a business you should contact your customer if you aren't able to fulfill your part of the contract. You should be honest about production time with your sales team so that they can communicate that information with a potential buyer up front. I called numerous times to find out for myself what the delay was, only to be told each time that "install will be next week" or "we're only two weeks out." After being told that multiple times now I'm starting to feel like this is a scam. I should have read reviews of other customers on here because it seems like this is the norm.

We contacted LAS Enterprises and placed an order on July 7, 2020. We paid a deposit of 50% for shutters. The turnaround time was 8-10 weeks, and we are now in week 14. I am extremely disappointed with the service. I understand turnaround times, but this is a bit excessive and I am beginning to question if we are going to get our shutters. When we followed-up with LAS about the install in August, LAS said it would be ready by the end of September. Now we are two weeks into October, and we have no estimated install date. If you are looking for decent turnaround time and accurate information, this is not your company.
We chose to go with LAS despite their very high bit for our new windowsa few years back. To our disappointment their install quality was extremely poor to say the least. Their outdoor sealant job looks terrible, I feel like my 10yo daughter could have done a better job... Now a few years later one of our panes are broken we contacted them to get it replaced. They quoted us over 300 for the repair. In the past we used Window World to replace the windows in our rental home. Each window was less than 300 installed. Then I had the same issue with a broken pane. They came out with the new pane & installed it at NO COST, those windows were 12yo at the time.... Not to mention the WW windows just look and feel like their a much much better quality, much better customer service, much better warranty, much better installation all at a fraction of the price... Do yourself a favor and avoid LAS windows....
salesman and installation techs were professional. Although the product was a little pricey, I went with las because they are a local company. I kicked up a rock with my weed eater and cracked my big picture window. Called the warranty department and they came out, looked at it, and told me it wasn't covered. Wanted to charge me for a service call, which I refused to pay, then wanted 995.00 to replace the window. I had window world come out yesterday, and they quoted me 525.00. Don't waste your money on LAS. Seems they don't want to honor their so Called lifetime warranty.
I used LAS to enclose my patio and I am happy and very satisfied with the results. Job well done!!!
The rep was very professional and so understandigly helpful. This was a very enjoyable experience. I would recommend then to my friends. Mark was soooooo helpful!
LAS Did the windows in my house and they did an excellent job. And they left the job sight cleaner then when they got there! I would highly suggest going with them.
My Shutters & Awning were installed this past weekend & they look Wonderful. The staff members were professionally and the prices were reasonable. I am very pleased with the outcome. Thanks
