These people at Microsoft are the biggest crooks I have seen in my life , where do I start first I lost my profile plus all my games I purchased. I was like wait I'm sure there is a way to recover or redownload my games and apps plus my profile. Nope no help at all from the good honest people at Microsoft.

You are a lot to do it to her he said he is sorry to say anything about you but you don't have sex or anything like this but you don't want you to feel I'm a guy who doesn't like you and he is sorry for the best of the world of a little while in my life you know what I am not sure if I have any idea why he is a good day twin and you know it is lol I just don't know if you are not green but you don't want you in a good friend sometimes but I don't think it was just thinking about her so I just want you in the same place you are a good day twin brother and you were a little while you know what I mean by the machamp and the group of friends who is not going anywhere you want me to be in.

Great friendly service. I was promptly seen for my scheduled service appointment. Jaleesa was patient in trying to resolve my issue. While we weren't able to get a 100% fix, she was able to give me a solid work around. I would highly recommend the resources at the Lakeside Microsoft store.

I had some store gift cards I got from the Microsoft Ignite conference. We don't have a local store, but I was happy to see this one in NOLO, as I was heading out for a cruise. I used these cards to purchase an online version of a game, now that I get home I find out my code isn't working. 3 calls, no help, no ownership and no resolution. Way to make your customer feel like they don't matter.

I would rate them at no stars but thats not an option... I bought a gift card that says Xbox on it just a few minutes ago and it won't even let me redeem it onto my Xbox 360 console apparently I have to buy the gift code on my 360 console in order to use it on there
