It was not crowded, I was looking for boots, not bikes. I found an awesome pair!!! The staff were friendly, nothing \bad\ to say there, but the atmosphere was just kinda stuck-up feeling.....

ALWAYS buy for a certified Harley dealership. Had issues with my title from the last dealership I purchased from and these guys totally went above and beyond, to help me get everything done correctly. All amazing folks to work with. I will never purchase another Harley from any other dealership!! They treat you like family. I just want to personally thank the team at New Orleans Harley for working so hard for me. I just bought a new 2020 Road Glide special from this dealer and it was hands down the best experience I’ve had purchasing a Harley. My bike had a check engine light on and I recently had shoulder surgery, so I was unable to ride the bike to the dealership to get the issue resolved. I was informed they had a FREE pickup/delivery service and would come pick the bike up from my house, fix the issue, and return to my home. When the bike was returned I noticed it had a couple of scratches that weren’t there when it was originally picked up. I notified the service dept. they had the bike picked back up and attempted to remove the scratches but the denim paint was unrepairable. So, they went above & beyond and gave me a brand new front fairing!! The only mistake they made was leaving my aftermarket led bulbs in the old fairing and returning the bike with the stock blinker bulbs. This issue was noted and guaranteed to be resolved this week. So far my experience with this dealer has been exceptional from the sales team to the service department.
