I was very pleased. They have so many shoes to choose from and had exactly what I wanted in my size. I had the inserts from Good Feet and they placed them in my new shoes so when I left, I was good to go. Stephanie could not have been nicer or more helpful. Surely will ask for her next time I return.

Jess helped me find 2 pairs of shoes with arch support. One for walking and one for everyday use which she recommended I alternate wearing. She was able to answer all of my questions (of which there were many) and showed me how to tie a runner’s knot even though I’m a walker but could immediately tell a difference in how well my shoes fit. Thanks Jess and Good Feet!
My experience today at the Metairie location was excellent! Jarden was so helpful. He helped my husband and I find shoes that were comfortable and best suited to each of our needs. He was so knowledgeable about all of the inventory and truly made our shoe shopping experience the best one we’ve ever had. We will be back!
