I was a little concerned when I read the reviews online but I had a pleasant experience. The receptionists was polite and Ms. Lucy (also super polite!) was able to assist me quickly with thorough explanation and detail.
Was not rude but I googled them and first page that came up was that they were a scam. Not sure if they are but I googled further and they don’t seem to be. If they are not a scam, why is the first page about them is a complaint site. Either Google sucks or they are a scam.
Paid off an account over 3 weeks ago and they still have not sent that info to credit bureaus. So it still lists on my credit report. They were small things too. According to SCR, it takes them 3 months to get that info to the big 3 credit bureaus. Don’t pay them without some form of agreement about the removal of negative credit.
The lady I spoke to concerning something that was on my credit report was very polite and frindley sounding. Her name is Janell, ext 470. She worked with me very well about my account and had great phone ethics.
